my pet theory is that Cameron has set up his ministers to be unimaginably incompetent, *purely* so that people don't notice how bad he is.

I like how nicely they usher the woman away at the end - there's something in the tone that just says 'Yes, good on you, he's a fucknugget, but we have to think of the patients.'
