Several things

If I count on my fingers, the number of friends who have, and friends who have been affected by someone, either passing away, or been critically injured, in the past few weeks, I run out of fingers. Seriously. This is a big WTF? You are all in my thoughts, and you know where I am. Please please just say if I can do anything because I don't know what to say. Except that I'm sorry for all of this, and I hope things turn around soon.

On I go. Tonight: (7 hours work @ £5ph = £35) + (10 deliveries @ £1 bonus each = £10) + (£5.65 in tips) = better than a week on the dole

Car needs new break pads. To do this without being ripped off, sadly, god bless the 21st century, I may need a strapping heterosexual-looking man in overalls to accompany me to a garage. I found out from one of Eve's mates tonight that it should only cost about £20 - £30, yet last time I had to buy new break pads a few years ago, it set me back £70. Grr.

I am very thankful for all of my friends. More than you probably imagine; I managed to stave off starvation and destitution these past two months by living on hand-outs from you guys. You have no idea how much this means to me, and I had no idea how much even something like delivering Pizzas could give me self worth.
